Kira is the founder of Santosha Wellness in Ventura, California, where she integrates nutrition, mental health therapy, yoga therapy, and Ayurveda to help high-achieving women repair physically, regulate the nervous system, and find their way back to themselves.
Monika Klein

Monika Klein, BS, CN, CHC, clinical nutritionist, health coach, author, and founder of Coaching for Health. With more than three decades of experience helping women navigate weight gain, stress, burnout, and the metabolic changes of midlife. Drawing on professional expertise and her own experience as a longtime caregiver, she brings a blend of science, compassion, and practical guidance.
